Dial out problems etc.

Dear TechSupport!

I am receiving numerous error codes from 3DWatch when it tries to dial.

Could you tell me what they mean, this may help me troubleshoot the dial-out problem.

19/07/2004 18:42:43 25797: Unknown control error 25797

22/07/2004 15:59:37 25720: Unknown control error 25720

22/07/2004 16:02:25 25678: Unknown control error 25678

22/07/2004 15:53:29 25619: Unknown control error 25619

I was also getting the following error:

19/07/2004 18:31:52 -1 mydomain.com: No answer from remote host (please check address and timeout value)

I created another identical dial-up entry, and 3DWatch seemed to have more success in dialing out when there were the two of them in the list.

Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to re-create the scenarios I have been seeing, but hopefully knowing what these codes mean, will help me out a bit.

Hi Ilan,

These errors should only occur if a module inside your system is broken or not available. I recommend to update to the latest system updates. As I don't know, which OS you are using, it's very difficult to tell what's going on. This is especially the case if an issue seems to occur randomly.

Let me know if you have more information on this.
