Can't encode to MP3...

Until this morning I have been able to encode to MP3 with no problem but now all that is happening is that a folder for the genre (eg rock) is being created in the destination folder but the encoded MP3 file isn't appearing.  Until today the MP3 file would appear in the 'rock' folder.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Think of what you changed in the last time. There definetely there must have been something. My ideas:

- Software updated
- Lame deleted
- Folder changed
